The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Just a short drive from the city of York and with easy access to the Moors, The Studio is a lovely holiday home in a wonderful area. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Stamford Bridge was a fording point over the River Derwent for a Roman settlement, but nowadays is a town with a selection of shops and restaurants. The village is the site of the Battle of Stamford Bridge on 25 September 1066, which marked the end of the Viking era in Britain.

"Situated near Stamford Bridge , this lovely studio has a self contained garden for your comfort and pet. Situated i would say just under a mile to Stamford Bridge where there are all the facilities you need for an enjoyable holiday. The fish and chips were excellent. The studio was very clean and fully furnished all needs were anticipated , flowers , milk and gingerbread greeted us on our arrival. The bed was fully made up and after travelling from Cornwall this was very welcome. When next in the area visiting family we would love to come back here."
