This attractive modern bungalow is located in the small village of Hemsby, seven miles from Great Yarmouth and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin, 1 x single with pull-out stacker bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area.

This all ground floor cottage has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom with an additional pull-out stacker bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, bike storage in the garage, a small front lawned garden and an enclosed rear lawned garden with patio, furniture and a barbecue. Jolen is a wonderful property for a relaxing break in Norfolk. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage in garage. Small front lawned garden and enclosed rear lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 15 mins walk.

The Norfolk village of Hemsby offers a shop, pub and Post Office, as well as a sandy beach, funfair rides and amusement arcades. The resort of Great Yarmouth is 7 miles away and boasts something to suit all tastes including, sandy beaches, a promenade, pier, museums and gardens.

"What a gem Jolen was! Big, light and airy, this bungalow was perfect for our family holiday, our children are 6 and 3 and we found the bungalow to be very child friendly. Location was great, easy walk to the beach and village amenities. Jolen was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch. A lot of thought has gone into the "extra touches", the BBQ, chrildens outdoor toys, board games etc were above and beyond. Hembsy itself is wonderful. I will highly recommend and we will certainly be visiting again. A*** May I add, I don't usually leave reviews but Jolen is absolutely worth one!!"
"This bungalow is the best accommodation we've stayed in. To say it is spotless and immaculate doesn't do it justice. Everything is so thoughtfully presented and without fault - a genuine home from home...just cleaner!! Location is just under a mile from Hemsby beach so near enough to enjoy but far enough away from the maddening crowds (although we visited out of season so lovely and quiet). Fantastic and a credit to the owner - thanks very much."

"The accommodation was exactly what was 'on the tin', clean, well equipped, comfortable, secure garden and wonderful welcome pack. There is an excellent pub for good food just up the road, with an abundance of good food pubs in the areas. Hemsby has a butchers, bakers, small supermarket, corner shop, hairdressers, fish and chip shop and a couple of takeaway's. There are so many different places to visit such as National Trust sites, the Broads, good beaches lovely walks and places of interest. We recommend Blickling Hall - a treasure."
"Everything about this cottage was 1st. class. A lot of thought has gone into providing everything you would want for your holiday.This is a lovely quiet location even with the school in the same road. The welcome pack was well thought out including a pack of dog treats."
