Reviews
"Enjoyed our weeks stay here in May. Great views and sunsets across the sea to the Lleyn peninsular and over the castle. Steep drive and walk up tot he house from the main road, no problem for us but some may find it hard work. 20 minutes walk to the beach. Would have been nice to have a bit more comfortable garden furniture to enjoy the views. Refurbished nicely but missing a few finishing touches, somewhere for the shower gel etc in the showers would have helped. Shower / bath rooms pretty small but did the job. We all found the beds uncomfortable, much too soft for us, bad back all week! But that's probably personal choice Great views from most rooms, Wi-Fi was intermittent upstairs"
"What a fantastic place. The house was very well equipped and everything was very well thought out. The views are to die for and the pictures don't do justice to the views. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very good quality and I can't rate this property highly enough. We took our dog and he loved it too. There are so many days out from this property and the area is stunning. The neighbour was very welcoming and waved us off every morning when we went out . Will be booking again and if you get the weather you don't need to go abroad. Loved it all !!!!"
"Lovely villa and area, we were here over new years for five days. Six adults, two babies and two dogs with plenty of room. There is a great little pub located a few minutes walk away with brilliant place to eat out as well. The pictures do not do the villa justice, brilliant place to stay!"
"This beautiful property is up a fairly steep hill from the lovely village of Harlech, hence the fitness requirement - it's very good for the calf muscles, but would be a bit of a pain if you had to get the car out every time you wanted a pint of milk. The amenities are splendid, the garden/patio area lovely for sitting out - you can find a sunny spot all day, and the views across to Porthmadog and Criccieth are wonderful - even the odd rainy day has its points of interest. The local pub does good, reasonably priced food and the locals are very friendly - we were lucky to have a group of travelling musicians roll up one night and a great time was had by all. We'd definitely hope to visit again."
"We can not fault this accommodation. Beautifully decorated and furnished, extremely spacious and everything you could possibly need is provided. As for the views, I don't think you could get better! From the large picture window in the lounge you can see Harlech castle (particularly beautiful when it is lit up at night) and right across the bay to Criccieth. You are within walking distance of a pub, some beautiful little shops - the icecream shop and tea shop in the courtyard are unmissable! There is a bit of a "heart in mouth" drive up the narrow lane to the property but it is worth it and certainly wouldn't put us off visiting again.,"
