External utility and WC. External games room with snooker table and table tennis.
Dove Cottage is a charming, traditional detached barn conversion situated in the grounds of the owners' home, two miles from Pershore. Set entirely across the ground floor, this cottage offers two bedrooms, one twin with en-suite shower room, plus one king-size double, meaning that this cottage can sleep four people. There is also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. Outside is a private, enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and BBQ, along with off road parking for 2 cars. Dove Cottage has been thoughtfully decorated, and offers charming, traditional quirks mixed with convenient contemporary comfort, and is within easy reach of an abundance of wonderful walks, interesting NT properties, quaint villages and towns and a wealth of history, making it the perfect destination for the whole family. Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Only bathroom is en-suite in twin bedroom. Note: Use of the games room by prior arrangement with the owner. Note: There is one external step into the property.
