This superb lodge, overlooking a pond is situated one mile from the village of Church Broughton, near Ashbourne and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite bath, basin and WC, 1 x twin with en-suite wet room shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.
Waterside Lodge is a wonderful lodge situated overlooking a pond, in the hamlet of Mount Pleasant, one mile from the village of Church Broughton and ten miles from Ashbourne. This single-storey lodge sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double with en-suite bath and a twin with an en-suite shower. The lodge also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a decked area with furniture, hot tub and a barbecue. Waterside Lodge is a lovely retreat for a couple or family, with walks from the door, and Ashbourne and Alton Towers are within driving distance.

The small Derbyshire village of Church Broughton offers a lovely pub and pretty church, and is situated ten miles from Ashbourne. There are many walking routes from Church Broughton, and within reach is the market town of Ashbourne, which boasts original cobbled lanes, old market stalls and Georgian buildings, and a good selection of restaurants, shops and pubs.
