"The cottage had everything your need. It was clean, modern and comfortable. Not far from Caernarfon. The owners were very helpful. The setting was stunning. The only draw back could be steep steps to the living area."

"Loved our stay here. We were treated like old friends! The cottage was beautiful - great views, plenty of space and lovely decor. Nothing was too much trouble for Rhiann the owner, she even got our son a present as we celebrated his 7th birthday here! We can't recommend this holiday complex enough, the games room is a huge bonus and a great feature for the whole family. We will be back someday soon we're sure."

"The owner is very friendly and helpful and was there to greet us on arrival. The "Welsh cream tea" left in the kitchen area was a welcoming touch. The location of the cottage is excellent being well placed to travel easily to Snowdon, the Llyn peninsula and the north Wales coast. The grounds that it and other cottages are in are very well kept with sweeping views to the north and south. Accommodation was very good with the "upside down" arrangement making the best of the views. Bedrooms were very comfortable and well furnished. The major let down was the kitchen where there was a lack of cooking vessels (casserole dishes, bowls and small pans), insufficent utensils such as kitchen knives, and the fridge was too small. We were only two people but struggled to fit a few days of fresh food and drink into it. If the facilities for self catering had been better, we would have easily awarded 4 or 5 stars."
