Within an easy walk are the local shop and pub, whilst the nearest beach can be found just a couple of miles away. Two Threes is a welcoming holiday home, and a perfect base for touring South Cornwall.

Oil central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: There is an open tread staircase in the property, young children should be supervised. Note: Ground floor bathroom facilities only. Note: For those wishing to bring bicycles there is a secure garage where they can be kept when not in use

"We booked this cottage at the last minute and are we glad we did. It is in a lovely spot. It is clean, spacious,very well equipped and I would recommend. It is at the end of a quiet culdesac with views to the sea from the bedroom. 2 large double bedrooms and a large single. The lounge is huge and the kitchen is very well equimpedance. The cream tea was also a very nice touch. Would definitely come back again"
