Overview

This large detached Victorian house in Ganllwyd sits within the Coed-y-Brenin Forest Park, and can sleep up to twelve people in five bedrooms. Over four floors. Five bedrooms: 1 x 2nd floor family room with double plus single & en-suite shower, basin, WC, 1 x 2nd floor twin, 1 x family room with king-size double plus single & 'Jack-&-Jill' en-suite with corner bath, shower cubicle, basin, WC (also accessed via landing), 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin, WC, 1 x double with basin. 2nd floor bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, basin, WC. First floor basin, WC. Ground floor basin, WC. Fitted kitchen with Newood cooking range. Dining room with TV/DVD. Living room with log-effect electric fire. Large basement with utility room & games room with pool table, table tennis & darts.

Bryn Cemlyn is a large Victorian house overlooking the River Mawddach, and the forest land beyond. There are five bedrooms in this spacious property - on the second floor is a room with double bed, single bed and en-suite shower, and also a twin room, while on the first floor is a double, another double with an en-suite shower, and a room with a king-size double, a single bed and 'Jack-and-Jill' access to one of the 'family' bathrooms with corner bath and shower cubicle. There is also a second main bathroom, and two additional WCs, one on the ground floor. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen with a Newood cooking range, a dining room and a spacious living room. In the basement is a utility room, and a games room with pool table, table tennis and darts. Outside, there is off road parking, bike storage and a sitting area with furniture and BBQ. With the mountain bike and walking trails of the forest on the doorstep, and the rest of Snowdonia and the coast within easy reach, Bryn Cemlyn makes a wonderful base for large groups. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Ganllwyd is a scattered village set along the A470 in North Wales, surrounded by the wonderful forests of the Coed-y-Brenin Forest Park, which offers many renowned walking and mountain biking trails. 5 miles away is Dolgellau, which has a selection of shops and places to eat. The sandy beaches of Barmouth, Fairbourne and Aberdovey are within reach, and all the activities of the Snowdonia National Park are practically on the doorstep.
