Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub within 1.5 miles, shop within 2.6 miles. Note: Pub within the local village that serves food Thursday - Sunday.

Appleby-in-Westmorland is a historic town resting on the loop of the River Eden and overlooked by the North Pennines, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with the Lake District fells. Within the town you will find a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and the street of Boroughgate is at the heart of the town and houses some interesting buildings and links to the well-preserved Norman Castle.
