"We booked our stay through Sykes website at 2200hrs on the Monday night as a last minute getaway, we arrived there on the Tuesday of the same week. We were met by Michelle who welcomed us with a fresh made cream tea (Amazing), who then told us about the lodge and the surrounding areas. This is a very clean, modern and very well looked after lodge. We will be booking again in the near future and we will be recommending Knapp House to all our friends and family. A great place with all the tiny details taken care of, thank you for a lovely stay and we will see you soon!"

"We had a super holiday in the most beautiful scenery. Accomodation was superb. Lovely tea of homemade scones jam and cream awaited us on arrival. Lovely. Unfortunately the wood had been desermated, so there was no-where to sit. On speaking to the owner he supplied chairs and a new area for us. Most accomodating. Our friends were from australia and were so impressed with the scenery. Marvellous area -"
