Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and front lawned garden. Sorry, no smoking. One well-behaved dog welcome. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Babes-in-arms only. Please note: Due to the size of the property, smaller pets would be more suited.

The owner has thought of everything that will appeal to a couple wishing to have a quiet break close to an attractive city, and with great access to countryside and coast, walking and cycling. We especially like the well thought out decor and selection of produce left for our welcome. We have owned and run a similar cottage so really appreciate The Cottage at Reepham."
