This cosy terraced barn conversion near Cromer sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x ground floor double, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor bathroom with bath, hand held shower attachment, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburner.
Beech Barn is a terraced cottage on a courtyard development less than two miles from the traditional seaside town of Cromer. The cottage has a double room on the ground floor, along with a bathroom, and on the first floor is a shower room along with another double and a twin. The open plan living area consists of a kitchen, dining area and living area. Outside is an enclosed garden with patio area, another patio and a shared paddock with furniture. Beech Barn is ideally placed for enjoying Cromer's seaside, or heading further afield to explore Norfolk. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, salt marshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Paddock has a fenced pond, children should be supervised.

"My family have stayed in many cottages with our dog, this has to be one of our favourites. We have stayed in this cottage 3 times now, it is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. We love the quiet location while being easily accessible to Cromer town centre. It has a lawned area at the front and a private patio at the back which is very secure for dogs/young children and is a great sun trap. There is also a paddock shared with the other cottages, where our dog enjoys stretching her legs."
