This stunning detached cottage is situated in the village of Llandewi-Brefi in Ceredigion and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Gwyncoed Fawr is a beautiful property located in an ideal rural setting near the village of Llandewi-Brefi in Ceredigion. It boasts three lovely bedrooms, one situated on the ground floor and a family bathroom. There is also an open-plan living area with kitchen and dining area leading through to the siting room which comprises of comfortable seating and a woodburning stove. Outside there are luscious landscapes, an enclosed garden terrace and an enclosed garden directly opposite the property. There is ample off-road parking for 2-3 cars. Gwyncoed Fawr is a delightful place to take your holiday break. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Wifi. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2-3 cars. Surrounding enclosed garden terrace with seating area and separate enclosed garden directly opposite the property. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: careful of the steps when you enter the hallway. Please note: WiFi can be intermittent in adverse weather.

Llandewi-Brefi is situated in the town of Ceredigion, a historical village with a warm welcome and fine establishments. The village hall and grounds in Llanddewi-Brefi are the venue for the annual agricultural and horticultural show. The Cambrian Mountains are a must-see as they are acknowledged as some of the most scenic routes in Britain. Climb Pumlumon to the highest of its five summits for views as far as the mountains of Snowdonia to the north, and the Brecon Beacons to the south. Aberystwyth is home to Vale of Rheidol Railway, Aberystwyth Castle, Aberystwyth Cliff Railway and Devils Bridge Falls, all notable places to visit.
