Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and stairgate on request. Road side parking on a first come, first served basis. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: This property is on a main road so there may be some associated noise. Note: There are 3 steps leading down to the kitchen and bathroom. Note: The seated shower tray is a Bette bath (no taps) with a seat at one end for use with the shower only.

Margate, a seaside holiday resort set on the east coast of Kent, has undergone much renovation, and boasts the new Turner Contemporary gallery. This historic seaside town with its Theatre Royal dating back to 1787 offers entertainment for everyone, from fishing and golf to beaches and amusements. Margate is a lovely coastal town retaining its history but offering up to date entertainment for all ages with a variety of interests. Margate train station is approximately half a mile from the apartment. Dreamland is an 8 minute walk away with activities for all ages.
