The Chocolate House is a charming, ground floor barn conversion situated near to the town of Peterchurch in Herefordshire and benefits from open plan single storey living. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom as well as a shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car and a front patio with furniture and use of the owner's large enclosed garden. Located in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside and yet a short drive away from Hay-on-Wye and the surrounding beautiful countryside, The Chocolate House is a superb romantic retreat. Herefordshire offers visitors the chance to journey through lush green countryside, enjoying splendid black-and-white timbered villages, a magnificent cathedral city, a fairytale Georgian castle at Eastnor or books galore in famous Hay-on-Wye.

Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot. Ample off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Front patio with furniture and use of owner's large enclosed garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 8 mins walk. Note: Due to the property being surrounded by farmland, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead and under strict control at all times when outside the property. Visiting dogs must be properly socialised and must not display aggressive behaviour in the presence of other unfamiliar dogs.
