East Farm House is a 17th century, Grade II listed semi-detached farmhouse situated in the village of Humshaugh, six miles from Hexham. This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, including one with an en-suite shower and two twins, as well as a family bathroom. Downstairs there's a kitchen with dining area, a dining room, a games room with pool table and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside the cottage there is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio, pond and furniture. East Farm House is an excellent base for exploring all that there is to see in Northumberland.

Enclosed front lawned garden with patio, pond and furniture, plus rear courtyard. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There is an unfenced pond in the front garden; children to be supervised. Check in 4pm and check out 10am

"Holidaying with our grown up family and their partners is such a special time for us, so it's always important to find a property to accommodate 7 of us. East Farm House certainly exceeded our expectations. As we walked into what was to be our home for the next 7 days one word was on our lips 'WOW'! Such a beautiful living area, huge kitchen and immaculate gardens (where we enjoyed at night watching the meteor showers). This is our first visit to Northumberland and we really did find a stunning place to stay in such a beautiful county."
