This end terraced cottage overlooks the river Esk in Whitby and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 2 x double (one with balcony), 1 x single with pull-out bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room.
Sunnybrae is a modern, end-terraced cottage in an elevated position above the River Esk on the outskirts of Whitby on the North Yorkshire coast. Boasting two double bedrooms and one single (with a pull-out bed) as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep up to six people. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. To the outside is a decked rear patio with garden furniture, a communal lawned area and off road parking for one car. Being just one mile from the centre of Whitby, and on the edge of the North Yorks Moors National Park, Sunnybrae is the perfect holiday home for exploring the delights of this region. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi Broadband, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, iPod dock. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking is available at free car park next to property but no allocated space. Small, private rear decked patio with furniture, plus communal lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Note: Property suitable for max. 6 people, inc. infants.

The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire with its superb coastline and the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
