Boasting underfloor heating throughout, the cottage is perfect for couples, featuring a sumptuous king-size double room with an en-suite shower room. There is an open plan living area featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with patio doors leading outside. Outside there is a lawned garden with furniture, a separate decked area with a hot tub, off road parking for one car. The Lilacs is the perfect romantic retreat for couples exploring the Cotswolds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

"This property looks lovely from the photos, but could do with some TLC and another comfortable chair would be helpful. The lighting was poor, so making it difficult to read at night. Plenty of space, but the kitchenette was very small. My husband had two cold showers because the boiler was on the blink. it's in a good location with parking, which is a bonus, but it lacked a lot of the care and attention to detail that other cottages we stayed in had in spades."
