The cottage has a four-poster double, a twin and an adult bunks room, a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a double sofa bed and woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed, lawned garden with furniture. Lower Well Barn is a wonderful holiday base in Cornwall. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Electric heaters and a wood burner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and fire starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Shared use of farm grounds. Free fishing in ponds on-site, please bring own equipment. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Due to river and ponds on-site, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Can sleep up to two extra guests on the sofa bed if required.

Liskeard is an historic market town in Cornwall. The town has a weeklymarket and a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. The beaches and harbour of the quaint fishing port of Looe is close by and there are fishing and watersport opportunities at Siblyback Lake. Other attractions in the area is the Donkey Sanctuary at St Annes Chapel, National Trust's Cotehele House and gardens, the championship golf course at St Mellion Country Club, Dobwalls Theme Park and the world famous Eden Project.
