With original brickwork, oak wood floor and beams and comfortable, modern furnishings, these beautiful properties combine modern practicality with old-world charm and offer pleasant, high-standard rustic accommodation. All ground floor. One double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom (down two deep steps) with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Set in a working fruit farm, visitors to these three lovingly renovated semi-detached barn conversions will enjoy a complimentary welcome hamper of home grown produce and toiletries on their arrival, courtesy of the farm shop. Of these three properties, the Cow Pen offers a great romantic getaway. With one double en-suite bedroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, the accommodation here is all on a single level for easy access. The Cow Pen is a wonderful little hideaway, well suited to exploring the delights of the region. Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Set in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside on the banks of the River Avon, the town of Stratford-Upon-Avon is steeped in history and culture. As the birthplace of the English playwright and poet, William Shakespeare, this is a popular tourist destination and is home to the world famous Royal Shakespeare company. The bard's birthplace and other houses connected to his family are open all year round, giving visitors a great idea of what life in Tudor England was like. Bordered by beautifully landscaped parks, the river Avon itself is a hive of activity throughout summer months. With cruises, rowing and motor-boat rides, this waterway can by enjoyed by everyone. With Warwick and the Cotswold villages of Stow-on-the-Wold nearby, Stratford is a great base from which to explore the rest of this charming region.
