The property provides studio accommodation consisting of a double bed, a kitchen, a dining are and a sitting area. There is also a shower room, and outside, a front shared courtyard and off road parking for two cars. Set in a lovely, rural spot, with just a 10-minute walk to the shop and pub, Ryan's Loft is perfect for a couple's getaway. Known as the "Sunny South East", the counties of Wicklow, Wexford, Waterford, and Tipperary offer everything you could need for a dream holiday in Ireland. Miles of sandy beach and scenic drives taking in mountains and coast are on your doorstep.

Front shared courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: The owner has two dogs.

Ardfinnan is a small village situated close to the Knockmealdown Mountains on the River Suir, in the south of County Tipperary. The village features a beautiful open green, several good pubs, a shop, and Ardfinnan Castle, an impressive Norman construction hovering majestically in the centre of this picturesque village.

"The Loft was clean and furnished in a lovely country style. On arrival we were met by the caretaker and also met the owner. Both could not do enough for us and were welcoming throughout our stay. They offered advice about the local area. The tranquil setting was very relaxing. The loft was spacious for 2 and equipped to a good standard on arrival it was nice to find tea, coffee and milk had been thoughtfully provided. The village is only a short walk away and we found a very welcoming pub opposite the river. The nearest place to eat out is Cahir about 15 minutes away and this offers a wide variety of food and pubs."
