This charming, semi-detached cottage is close to the village of Cromford and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x ground floor twin. First floor bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire.

Outside, there is off road parking, a patio garden with furniture and beyond that, lovely woodland and countryside to wander. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile. Note: Firewood for the Nordic Cabin is included. Note: The cottage is just off a main road and there is some road noise at times.
