This modern Scandinavian open plan lodge is located on the Kenwick Park Estate near Louth in Lincolnshire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 2 x king-size double (one with en-suite shower, basin and WC), 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
No 39 Kenwick Woods is a modern Scandinavian open plan lodge, nestled within the 80 acre Kenwick Woods, on the 320 acre Kenwick Country Park Estate near to Louth in Lincolnshire. With two king-size double bedrooms (one with an e-suite) and one twin, this cottage can sleep up to six people. There is an additional family bathroom and a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area with French doors opening onto a veranda which contains garden furniture. There is an 18-hole golf course for which there is an additional charge, and free use of leisure facilities in a nearby leisure centre. Ideal for people who fancy a bit of get up and go on their holiday, No. 39 Kenwick Woods is a fantastic holiday home in a wonderful location. From rolling countryside to historic cathedral cities and traditional seaside resorts, Lincolnshire offers a peaceful alternative to the discerning holidaymaker.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Veranda with furniture. Golf and tennis courts are available at Kenwick Hotel and are subject to a daily charge and need to be booked in advance. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Bar/restaurant on-site. Shop and pub 1.5 miles, beach 15 miles. Note: Limited use of leisure facilities over the Christmas/New Year period. Note: BBQs not allowed on-site due to woodland location.
