This attractive, self-contained wing of the owners' Grade II listed farmhouse property, can sleep eleven people in five bedrooms. Five bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC, 1 x double, 1 x second-floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x second-floor twin, 1 x family room with four-poster king-size double and a single bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Five steps down into sitting room. Second, large sitting room with woodburner. Shared external games room.
Hazel Barn is a delightful wing of the owners' Grade II listed farmhouse, forming part of a group of properties positioned around a traditional cobbled courtyard. There are five bedrooms, including a king-size double with an en-suite shower room, along with a double bedroom with an en-suite and a first floor bathroom. The living accommodation includes a kitchen with a feature AGA, a double-oven and a dining area, along with a separate sitting room with a woodburner. Outside, there is a shared utility room, a shared games room with table tennis, a pool table, table football and air hockey. Also outside you'll find a private, enclosed garden, plus six acres of shared grounds including a play area with bouncy castle (weather permitting), a trampoline, swings and slides. Hazel Barn is the perfect cottage for all the family! Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Electric double oven and hob, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, Xbox with games, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent Oct-March; at other times of year fuel for stove can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent; hot tub towels are not provided. Travel cot and highchair available on request. 3 parking spaces in shared off-road car park situated approximately 30 metres from the property. Private 6-person hot tub overlooking the valley. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. Shared use of 6-acre site with children's play area with trampoline, goal post, swings and slides. Shared external games room with table tennis, pool table, table football and TV with PS2 and games. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: One of the double bedrooms and both twins have sloping ceilings. Note: The property is over three floors, with 8 steps from ground floor to first floor level and then a further 8 steps to second floor level. Note: This property is in a rural location, accessed by country lanes that are single track in some places. Whilst all parties are welcome at the property, guests should be made aware of the quiet, rural nature of the location and consideration should be given to the other guests and properties on-site. Note: The communal games room may not be available for use due to the current situation

"The house and amenities did not disappoint. We had everything we could wish for and more. Every room was spacious and nicely decorated. The hot tub was very relaxing day and night. The children and adults loved the games room. Lots of space to play games and explore around the house. There was 8 adults 2 kids and 2 dogs with us and we did not feel overcrowded at all. It is a very remote location so not suitable for people without a car, also not ideal for disabled due to steps. Will be coming back"
