This stable conversion is located close to the village of Freshwater and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Over ground and lower ground floors. Three lower ground bedrooms: 2 x double (one with en-suite shower, basin and WC), 1 x twin. Lower ground floor bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Stable Cottage is a stable conversion in the village of Freshwater, just three miles from Yarmouth. The cottage sleeps six people and has two doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower and one twin, along with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private garden with patio and furniture. Situated on the western tip of the Isle of Wight, Stable Cottage is a lovely family cottage all year round. The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker's paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One cot and one highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private front garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub, restaurant and beach 1 mile. Note: Cottage is on a smallholding with sheep, dogs to be kept on a lead outdoors. Note: There are four steps from the lower level to the upper living area. Note: Some road noise can be heard when inside and outside the property. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am. Note: This property can be booked along with 982045 for a total of sleeps 15.

Freshwater is situated at the western tip of the Isle of Wight and consists of Freshwater Village and Freshwater Bay. Freshwater village offers a good selection of small independent shops and cafes, along with the West Wight Sports Centre and Indoor Swimming Pool.
