Outside there is off road parking for one car, a private patio with furniture and a 28-acre farm with 5 unfenced fishing lakes, woodland walks, an unfenced wildlife pond and a picnic area. Heron Cottage is an ideal holiday base. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Private patio with furniture. 28-acre farm with 5 unfenced fishing lakes, woodland walks and unfenced wildlife pond with picnic area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Guidebooks and fishing advice available on-site, please contact owner for more information. Note: Please bring own fishing equipment. Note: Fishing charges will apply and some bait will be for sale, please contact owner for details. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead when on the fishery. Due to unfenced lakes, please ensure children are supervised at all times.
