Outside there is off road parking for one car, a private patio with furniture, a 28-acre farm with 5 unfenced fishing lakes, woodland walks and an unfenced wildlife pond with a picnic area. Kingfisher Cottage is a wonderful holiday base. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Private patio with furniture. 28-acre farm with 5 unfenced fishing lakes, woodland walks and unfenced wildlife pond with picnic area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.6 miles, pub 1.2 miles. Note: Guidebooks and fishing advice available on-site, please contact owner for more information. Note: Please bring own fishing equipment. Note: Fishing charges will apply and some bait will be for sale, please contact owner for details. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead when on the fishery. Due to unfenced lakes, please ensure children are supervised at all times.
