Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Decked balcony with furniture, plus front lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 8 mins walk. Note: Fishing can be arranged on the River Honddu, please contact the owner for more information. Note: Apartment accessed via 14 external wooden stairs to decked area. Note: Owner lives in a ground floor apartment below this property. Note: Road noise can be heard from outside the property.
