Popular for its quaint harbour and nearby sandy beaches, Beadnell is only minutes away from the charming village of Seahouses, and the variety of amenities on offer there. At one point, this picturesque little settlement was a haven for smugglers but nowadays, caters to a more sedate clientele of fishermen and seasonal tourists. With a supermarket, shops and restaurants close by, you need never go further afield, however with the Farne Islands, Alnwick Castle and Gardens and the market town of Bamburgh on your doorstep, there are plenty of great excuses for a day out in the spectacular scenery of Northumberland.

"This was our second visit to Beadnell, but our first time staying in this accommodation. It found to be homely, clean, well equipped, well maintained and overall comfortable. Our dog loved the garden area at the front of the property and spent many an hour at the gate watching the world go by. The property is close to all amenities pub, beach and shop. It provided a good base for some excellent walks. For example Low Newton, Seahouse and Bamburgh. If we wanted to go further afield it has good road links to Alnwick, Berwick, and all of the border towns. We found we didn't want to go to far as the beaches are fantastic and we could walk for miles with our dog."
