Electric heaters with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Patio with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Village inn at Rosecraddoc Manor 5 mins walk, open in main season. Note: Property is next to river, children to be supervised at all times.
