This modern, semi-detached holiday home, situated beside the owner's home, on the outskirts of Bradninch in Devon, can accommodate four people in two bedrooms. Lower ground floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Broad Ash Lodge is a wonderful, semi-detached holiday home, situated beside the owner's home on the outskirts of Bradninch, in the Culm Valley, Devon. The property is set over lower and upper ground floors, with a king-size double bedrooms and a double room, plus a family bathroom. There is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and off road parking for one car. With many footpaths nearby and a traditional village pub a short walk away, Broad Ash Lodge is a great base for exploring rural Devonshire life. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Note: Supermarket deliveries can be received by prior arrangement.
