All first floor. Open plan studio accommodation with super king-size double bed (zip/link, can be twin on request) with sofa bed, kitchen, dining area and sitting area leading to balcony. Shower room with shower, basin and WC.

"The property was immaculate, very clean with every need catered for. The owner had even put a little Christmas tree up for our visit and supplied milk, juice, biscuits, tea, coffee and other goodies. It is in a nice little village and close to Kings Lynn, Sandringham and the coast of Norfolk. We really enjoyed our stay and had the best sleep. Highly recommend."
