LPG central heating with electric fire. Gas cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Decking, patio and lawn with tables and chairs. Shared use of heated indoor swimming pool. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub on-site 2 mins walk. Note: This property is only suitable for adults. Note: The free 30 minute session in the swimming pool must be booked at reception prior to use.
