"Our family had a lovely time staying at this cottage which we thought was beautiful. For a family it was very well equipped, with high chair, cot, and stairgate, which saved us taking a lot of extra luggage. My oldest daughter loved the supply of games and the pretty garden was perfect for them both to run around in. We had a very comfortable stay the cottage had everything we needed, and we could park just outside which was very convenient. Gatehouse is a really nice town, with lots of places to eat, and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. My eldest daughter enjoyed the workshop at the local Chocolate Factory and the beach only 10 miuntes away was a big hit. We would definitely stay here again as there is lots more we still want to see."
"A really lovely cottage, spacious and clean with lovely decoration throughout the house, a good selection of board games in case of bad weather (we didn't have any but still managed a few games of scrabble). We really felt at home here and looked forward to coming back to the house after a day's adventures! The garden is fab too, a really good size, perfect for couples, friends and families with smaller children. We found the location great for exploring this part of Scotland, lots of lovely walks nearby, a stunning beach only ten minutes away and some really good places to eat in the village. We'll definitely be back and we'll definitely be using Dermot Cottage again."
