Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Communal courtyard with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Note - The 10 minute walk to the beach is down hill walking to beach however, it is up hill walking back.
