Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Garage parking for 1 car plus additional roadside parking. Two balconies with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pubs and restaurants 10 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Property unsuitable for children under 12 years (inc. infants). Note: there is a building site facing the property, construction noise to be expected.
