Downstairs is a twin room and a cloakroom, along with a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and open fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars, and a partially-fenced garden with furniture. Hornbeam Cottage offers easy access to both the coast and attractions of Cromer, as well as the winding lanes of the Norfolk countryside or even the beauty of the Norfolk Broads. Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways - East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, salt marshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, counter size fridge, counter size freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for fire available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Partially fenced garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Sloping ceiling in some first floor rooms.
