Overview
This pretty, traditionally-styled cottage is set on the edge of the sympathetic waterside development, Lower Mill Estate, just five miles from the Cotswold Water Park, near Stroud, and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin, WC and balcony, 1 x double, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.

Outside there is allocated off road parking for one car and further parking available nearby and there is also an enclosed decked garden with furniture. Riverview is a wonderful holiday base.

Electric central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Allocated off road parking for 1 car, additional parking next to tennis court and recycling area. Enclosed decked garden with furniture. On-site facilities include outdoor heated swimming pool, play area, tennis, restaurant, yoga, Pilates, canoeing, fishing and bike hire (prices may apply). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. On-site shop, pub 5 mins walk, on-site restaurant. Note: All guests staying at Lower Mill Estate Village will be required to sign a code of conduct form. Note: The shared outdoor heated pool is open from February to December inclusive. Note: The pool will close on 2nd Jan 2018 and re-open on 1st Feb 2018. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: This property does not come with use of the Spa.
