Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, 2 x Smart TVs with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Free resident's permit parking on roadside for 1 car on first come, first served basis. Front patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are steep stairs in the property. Note: Access to this property is via a shared entrance.

"We are just coming to the end of a week's holiday in the absolutely beautiful Flo's Cottage. We were greeted with a much appreciated welcome pack on our arrival and were blown away by the standard of the decor and furniture. Ideally located for visiting Lincoln's tourist attractions, such as the castle and cathedral and only a short drive from Hemswell Antique Quarter. Spoke to the owners in order to obtain some information about the heating system and felt like we were talking to friends, rather than someone from whom we were renting the cottage for a week. We have no hesitation in saying that we will definitely be back sooner rather than later."
