Gas central heating with ground floor underfloor heating and woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking for 2 cars by the cottage. Front patio and rear terrace garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome (Any queries on different types of pets, please contact us) . Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Second floor attic room has a maximum head height of 5ft and is accessed via a carpeted staircase. Note: Rear garden is quite steep, therefore young children should be supervised. Note: There is a steep, stone external staircase up to the cottage from the road. The cottage can also be accessed via shared, flat right of way past the other cottages in the terrace.

Luddenden is a conservation village in Calderdale, close to Hebden Bridge. The community is first mentioned in 1284, and in 1375 a corn mill was moved from Warley Town to exploit the Luddenden Brook. Nearby, the attractive town of Hebden Bridge is the home to the picturesque Rochdale Canal and a delightful Victorian railway station.

"This cottage is near to Hebden Bridge, Halifax and other places of interest and is in beautiful countryside with walks from the doorstep. Owners could not have been more helpful in giving us local information and answering any questions we had. Underfloor heating meant it was warm without using the stove albeit this was June. Good local pub. Would recommend this cottage."
