Electric underfloor heating throughout with electric towel rails in both bathrooms. Electric hob, double electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer with icemaker, clothes washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, WIFI. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Please bring your own beach towels. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Patio with a table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 10 mins walk. Note: Not suitable for the infirm. Note: There are steep steps up to the property. Note: There is a narrow public footpath down to the beach, so no need to access via the main road. Note: Children should be supervised on the mezzanine level.
