This beautiful, detached holiday home is located along a leafy lane just outside the main village of Birdham, only three miles from Chichester, and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms. Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin, 1 x single (additional single available on request for flexibility), 1 x ground floor adult bunks with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen. Garden room with dining area. Sitting room (seats 6). Snug/study (seats 4).
The White Cottage is a beautiful, detached holiday home set along a leafy lane just outside the main village of Birdham, only three miles from Chichester, and can sleep seven people. There is a king-size double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom (with additional single bed available on request for flexibility), a ground floor room with adult bunks with an en-suite shower room, a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen, a garden room with a dining area, a sitting room and a snug/study. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, extensive lawns to the side and rear with a pond and a rear patio with furniture. The White Cottage is a lovely base for your well-deserved break away. With many quaint, seaside and market towns, historic sites and miles of glorious coastline to explore, Sussex has it all for a great holiday destination.

Facilities & Amenities
Oil central heating. Oil AGA with oven and hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Extensive lawns to side and rear with pond and rear patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 1.5 miles. Note: There is an unfenced pond in the garden, children should be supervised at all times. Note: There is a gardener who attends the grounds on a regular basis. Note: The owners have dogs which do sometimes visit the cottage. Note: Entrance to the cottage is via the garden room. Note: The twin beds can be carefully moved further apart than shown in the photo if required. Note: Single bedroom small and compact when additional single bed in use. Note: Due to the extensive open lawns, dogs must be kept on a lead when outside.

The sailing village of Birdham in West Sussex sits on Chichester Harbour shore and is home to a locked marina. With attractive harbour views, Birdham is an interesting place to enjoy walks, whilst taking in the stunning views on offer, including those at the Manhood Peninsula. Birdham is just a few miles from some lovely, safe beaches at both Bracklesham Bay and also West Wittering Beach which is said to be the sandiest beach in West Sussex.
