Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate kept in property. Off road parking for 4 cars. Front private patio with furniture and shared lawned areas. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 1.7 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Property has its own drive, and is on a working dairy farm.

Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, the spa town of Buxton, the attractive market town of Bakewell and Alton Towers theme park are also within driving distance.
