Gwylanedd One is a delightful duplex apartment set next to the owner's home, with upside down accommodation, offering beautiful views towards the sea in the resort of Llanfairfechan, North Wales. With two ground floor bedrooms including a king-size double and a twin, the property can sleep four people. On the first floor, at entrance level, you'll find the living area with kitchen with dining area and separate sitting room. From the sitting room is a small side balcony with bistro set for two people and views towards the beach. Outside, there's also two off road parking spaces and amenities very close by. Gwylanedd One offers friends and families a fantastic base for your seaside getaway. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 standard size car. Balcony with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Licensed sailing club next door. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: Apartment accessed via 11 external stairs and communal hallway. There is also an internal flight of stairs down to the bedrooms and bathroom.
