"This house is absolutely beautiful. It was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean and the beds are super comfortable with lovely soft pillows and clean duvets. The little courtyard at the back is a suntrap and it has a brand new John Lewis furniture set (they obviously took on board the comment on a previous review and replaced the furniture). Although we didn't need it there was also a new high chair sitting in the dining room. We loved all the quirky artwork and especially the beautiful paintings of the local area which adorn every wall. The outside of the house had just had a face lift before we arrived with a stunning blue colour making it look really summery and even new barge boards on the gable end which made it look very smart. The location is just perfect! It takes less than a minute to walk around the corner where there is the most stunning view across the Menai Straits to the mountains. Despite being close to the waterfront it is tucked away on a lovely quiet street with no traffic noise. It's also super dog friendly with wood floors throughout the ground floor but comfy carpets up stairs. My dad is not good on his feet but he found the double handrails on the stairs really easy to use (and is now planning to install the same thing at home!) Honestly this house is beautiful, clean, comfy and attractive. Can't recommend it high enough."

"2nd Visit. The House is perfect. Location great. However as mentioned last year The Furniture outside was awful and nothing like the pictures ..falling apart and as the weather was perfect this was a bit of a downer... Plus there was dust and cob webs in the house. Also the Bed side lamps didnt work bought new bulbs but still didnt work and the Bed Boards were falling off. Bit disappointed as we paid alot for a week. However we love the house our second year here..The Kids love it. And as mentioned Location fantastic ... shame about the finer touches. "

"Just returned from a week with family at the Old Coach House Beaumaris. As the 'chief cook and bottle washer' for the week I would suggest a few tips for future visitors. Take with you: 1) toilet rolls, 2) extra towels, (mainly for the bathroom floor) as there is only one bath mat, 3) cleaning materials, which are few and far between. 4) Dish washer tabs, 5) I also had to buy a tin opener as the one in the house was broken. 6) If small children with you take some unbreakable crockery and cutlery as there are none suitable for young children. 7) Check the bathroom sink plugs and toilet brush. I left them clean but not in a good state on our arrival. 8) I never found the hoover and the ewbank was broken. 9) Cleaner needs to check under the beds for used tissues, socks, and a Ventolin inhaler which I found. 10) Apart from all that the kids enjoyed themselves, I was exhausted! Loved the art work on the walls, comfy beds, watch your legs on the end of the bed in the main bedroom. We all had bangs from the sharp woodwork."

"Perfect location, layout and landscape. A mere hop, skip & jump from the pier, The Coach House can only be described as idyllic. Each room is part of a jigsaw that fits perfectly, held together with a beach boho vibe. With a great space to entertain children/young adults there's enough space for 6 people without being on top of one another. I'd recommend this cottage for families, friends and couples. Quaint and quite fantastic! "
