Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Private patio with furniture plus shared 42-acre site with fishing lake. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles. Note: WiFi can be intermittent and is not suitable for streaming.

Chulmleigh is an attractive Devon village with thatched cottage, impressive church, cobbled lanes and a welcoming inn. Chulmleigh is ideally placed for both the north and south coasts, the shops and restaurants of Exeter, and plenty of wonderful walking, fishing and birdwatching.
