This cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting area with woodburner, as well as a utility room with a sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and a garden with a lawned area, patio and furniture. The Ark Cottage is a delightful romantic base with plenty of attractions and places to visit within this part of Cornwall.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Front garden with lawned area and patio with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Due to a steep slope from the parking to the cottage entrance and internal steps on the ground floor, this cottage may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Adults only, no children.

The small town of St Blazey, the closet to the Eden Project is situated three miles from St Austell. Nearby Charlestown is a delightful and much sought after coastal village of stone cottages and regency houses. It's famous for its collection of tall ships riding at anchor in the harbour, the shipwreck museum, excellent pubs and restaurants and easy access to the coastal path.
