All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Utility. Sitting room with woodburner.
Fronthill is a ground floor, spacious, detached wooden cottage with stunning views situated in the Cairngorms National Park, one mile from Newtonmore and can sleep six people in one double bedroom, a twin room and an adult bunks room. There is a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage contains a kitchen with dining area, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburner. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for two cars and enclosed lawned gardens with furniture surrounding the property. Fronthill is ideal for those looking to explore the fabulous Cairngorms National Park. From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: The access track leading up to the property is uneven, care should be taken. Note: If heavy snow, the owner can arrange alternative parking 300 yards away.
