Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front patio with furniture and shared use of lawned garden. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is restricted headroom in the eaves bedroom, care should be taken.

The pretty village of St. Ishmaels offers a pub serving food, a visiting butcher and grocery vans and a daily milk delivery. Just 5 miles away is the wonderful coastal village of Dale, with its array of watersports. In the area there are a number of sandy beaches and the renowned coastal path is a must for any walkers.
