"Our first pet holiday with our dog. We had our own parking space, enclosed little garden, perfect. The apartment has everything, Jan and Ian leave essentials in the cupboards to get you started, clean towels for us and our dog. Bed linen. Heating and log fire and the best for pet owners is the washer/dryer. A must to keep towels clean when you have dirty paws! Hoover, floor steamer. Excellent location for shops and walks. We didn't get in the car once. Jan and Ian were very accommodating in storing our pups food in their shop freezer. Nothing was too much trouble. Pets or no pets this apartment is a must for anyone. Thanks Jan and Ian, we will be back soon"

"We were looking for pet friendly accommodation in Betws-y Coed and came across Kingfisher Apartment. This is one of the best pet-friendly apartments that we have ever stayed in. Apartment is fully fitted with all kitchen appliances, beautifully furnished and decorated. The apartment has a dedicated parking space (getting an on-street space can be, at times, a challenge in the village). It is close to the village centre and the river. We were left a welcome pack of delicious local produce, including some Canine & Co. dog treats which our dog really enjoyed. Thanks to Ian and Jan who were very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable - would stay here again!"

"This cottage is well located for anyone visiting North West Wales. Betws y Coed has plenty of eating places within easy walking distance, including fabulous cakes from the bakery within the Spa. The cottage itself is small and perfectly formed providing everything we could ask for from a octtage, all high quality too. The bed was very comfy with its lovely quilt. As the owners are just next door they are available to meet/greet and be on hand if the need arises; Ian and Jan are very friendly. A great place for any couple."

"Stayed for 5 nights last week with my wife. Cracking location, perfectly situated to walk to everything in the village and Swallow Falls. Property is decent, don't get me wrong - but not world beating. (I'm fussy, so bear this in mind). Bed is quite small - maybe Queen size? We have a Super King at home and so struggled for space in this one (and, no, I'm not THAT fat!) Bedroom was cold, really cold, all the time - even when heating was on full blast (you cannot control the heating, owners set it remotely). Shower was appalling - really, really weak & ineffectual - this was my biggest gripe. WiFi worked intermittently. Location means you can't get normal TV and have to stream catch up & Netflix. But it's not all bad - nice place, well maintained, decent facilities (apart from the shower!) and perfect location."

"I cannot rate this high enough. A beautifully furnished interior done to a very high spec. Lovely welcome gifts of local butter, milk, cake and treats for the dog. Dressing gowns, slippers and dog throws provided. Wifi worked consistently. Lovely little sun trap to sit out in. Ideally located - just a few minutes walk from everything you need. Everything was just perfect- thank you Jan & Ian "
